When AskPatty's objective is achieved, both dealerships and consumers win. AskPatty works closely with dealerships to educate personnel about the importance of "Patty," after all, never before have women wielded the purchasing power that they do today. Dealerships learn first hand not only that women ARE their primary consumer, but also how the expectations of women differ from those of men, and how to meet those expectations. Treating everyone equally, while a noble notion, is not the goal. Very different criteria and expectations need to be met to win the respect and loyalty of female customers. The end result is a greater number of satisfied female customers who are pleased with their automotive shopping or servicing experience .
